Can I refund or cancel my ticket if I can not go to the event?
As a condition of sale, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the ticket purchase is complete.
Where do I collect my ticket?
Your ticket will be emailed to you and no hard copy will be provided.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
We only need to scan the QR code on your ticket for admission so a soft copy in your phone would suffice.
